Peak 7’s investment philosophy seeks to identify assets that can be acquired at a discount to replacement cost or opportunistic off-market development deals that can be sourced through an operating partner relationship.

We target mismanaged, over-leveraged or situationally distressed properties that are typically complex or overlooked by the broader market. We are “contrarian” in our approach and seek to maximize returns and limit risk exposure by deploying capital in sub-markets or sectors that may be out-of-favor or are overlooked by other institutional investment managers.

Created in 2020, we have executed 1.2 million square feet of deals across the retail, medical office and hospitality sectors with operating partners for an approximate combined property acquisition value of $250 million. These deals were sourced through our proprietary operating partner network and the majority were off market in nature.
